CPOE has a drilling barges,CPOE-3 (also called Zhong You Hai 3), that can undertake work in very shallow water. Right now it is available for charter.

The semi-hull CPOE-3 was built in 2007, where it spent over a decade drilling for operators including Roc Oil. In 2021, the unit was converted at China Merchants Heavy Industries' (CMHI) Jinling Shipyard (Weihai) into a windfarm installation unit. The unit then underwent a program that included the prefabrication and installation of the drill floor, derrick, deck crane, boom and other equipment that added 850 tons to the weight of the modified structure. CPOE-3 also completed a yard program earlier this year, and now we are looking to put it to work again as a drilling unit. The barge can work sitting on the sea floor and be used to drill on soft seabeds like mudflats. We are looking forward to your contacting.
