Recently, CPOE7 was awarded the Team of the Year 2020 for her excellent performance in NP 1-3 project of Jidong Oilfield Company in Bohai Bay.

NP 1-3 Project was a turnkey project contracted and started in June 2019 by CPOE to complete 14 wells’ drilling and completion operation, of which 12 are split wells and 2 single wells. Based on the well organization and rich experience on the turnkey operations, the entire operation which is consisted of 14 wells’ drilling operation, 10 wells’ downhole completion and 4 wells’ workovers only took 538 days to complete. 96.24% sidewall coring recovery, 100% cementing quality. In particular, the daily drilling footage of two wells was over 1,000 meters and the average daily ROP was more than 80 mph, setting a new daily drilling speed record in the block. The goal of "One bit to compete one size hole section in one trip" was realized in six wells.

Providing fast drilling and high quality well construction safely on turnkey basis to save the investment for the client and reaching the win-win benefit are the service principle of CPOE. CPOE 7 will keep the outstanding performance for the remaining work in this project.
