National Cementing Key Lab, CNPC Offshore Engineering Key Lab, CNPC Coating Material & Thermal Structure Key Lab are the main R&D platforms of CPOE, besides, national quality supervision and inspection centers for oil well cement and drilling fluid & additives, anti-corrosion & thermal insulation products could be delivered by CPOE as well, developing and revising national or trade standards for above related products, and furnishing professional skills and operation training.
