Located in Qingdao city, possessing a convenient onshore and offshore transportation, CPOE's yard topped No. 2 in China with an area of 1,070,000 m²,（753,000 m² completed） 1230m(750 m completed) coast line(-10m) and more than 55,692 m² workshops for module pre-fabrication, tubular fabrication, and over 10,512 m² coating shops, insulation workshop and PFP workshop. 4 different skidways（2 sets completed） can load out the fabricated module and install jacket structure, topside, FPSO etc. The current annual assembly capacity is Ca. 128,000 tons.
